I am Joan Petitgirard,
Tree pruner and forester from Haute-Saône in France.
- I discovered the profession of a forester at a very young age while accompanying loggers to assist them in their various tasks.
- I pursued a career in agriculture and forestry right from high school, where I obtained a Science and Technology Baccalaureate in Living Agronomy (STAV) with a focus on Space Planning and Enhancement (AVE). I furthered my studies by completing a Higher National Diploma (BTSA) in Nature Management and Protection (GPN).

- During these experiences, I discovered various aspects of forest wildlife and flora through internships and apprenticeships.
- Following my studies, I specifically learned the profession of a tree pruner in a company specialized in tree pruning and maintenance of high-voltage power lines for 4 years.

- I have experience using various forestry equipment, including a forestry trailer crane, wood chipper, brush cutter, tree shear, forestry tractor with cherry picker, branch shredder, stump grinder, and many others.
- Pruning with high-risk situations, close to high-voltage power lines, residential areas, and challenging access points.
- In 2020, I decided to put my skills at your service through this company ETFP.
